Thai Issues for Ubuntu Localisation Sprint
General
- Thai environment in installer + live CD
- console-tools, console-data: Thai console fonts and keymap
X Window
- Missing 'th_pat' and 'th_tis' XKB symbols in X.org 7.0
(used to be there in previous versions)
Not an issue: use "th(pat)" and "th(tis)" instead
- XKB setup choices:
- "us,th" -option grp:alt_shift_toggle [default]
- "us,th(pat)" -option grp:alt_shift_toggle
- "us,th(tis)" -option grp:alt_shift_toggle,lv3:ralt_shift
Not done yet: need to patch console-data first
- ttf-thai-tlwg: Thai TTF with(out?) OpenType tables
